Bebe M Formula stage 2 is made with organic rice protein hydrolysate and is thickened with carob and corn starch. This formula is labeled as "Foods for special medical purposes (FSMPs)" and should be only given under medical supervision. Please consult your pediatrician before introducing this formula to your baby. In the event of allergies to cow's milk proteins, lactose intolerance, or regurgitation, it is especially designed to meet the nutritional demands of infants who have reached the age of at least 6 (six) months. It is only permitted to be a component of a varied diet. It is not a viable alternative to breast milk for the first six months of life.

For particular diets that exclude lactose and the proteins found in cow's milk, Bebe M Rice AR 2nd stage is appropriate. As required by law for all subsequent formulae, it is gluten-free and contains DHA. Infants with galactosemia should not use the Bebe M Rice AR 2nd stage because it is lactose-free. Under medical supervision, Bebe M Rice AR 2nd stage must be utilized.
